I hold a Master's degree in Social Work with a specific focus on advancing adult mental health and wellbeing. I spent two years delving into the complexities of human behavior and have eight years of experience coaching individuals to adopt transformative practices that drive personal growth.
This academic foundation, coaching experience, previous work in HR, and my own battles with burnout equip me with a deep understanding of the complexities of the workplace and its impact on personal wellbeing.
