For me, coaching is not just about setting goals or creating action plans. It’s about digging deep to get clear on what gives meaning to your life to prioritize what truly matters and energizes you! As someone who is relationally driven, I seek to build a foundation of trust and understanding with my clients. The client-coach relationship is the biggest success factor in coaching and I take great pride in cultivating it with each person I work with.

Before launching my own coaching practice, I enjoyed working with highly driven and motivated individuals in the tech and non-profit spaces. My desire to open my own coaching practice was driven by a clear realization: what energizes me most is working closely with individuals to help them live more fulfilled lives by reconnecting with themselves, transforming limiting beliefs, and revitalizing their relationship to work.
