Time Zones
I split my time living in San Francisco and San Diego, so the scheduling link accommodates calls in the GMT-7 (Pacific) and GMT-4 (Eastern) time zones. If you are outside of these zones but believe we could be a good match, please email me your availability and we'll find a time to connect.

Coaching Packages
Coaching Journey
We meet bi-weekly for 50 minutes, totaling 4 months of working together. This option is ideal for individuals who have highly demanding schedules and could benefit from time between sessions to integrate our work into their daily lives.
Coaching Intensive
We meet weekly for 50 minutes, totaling 2.5 months of intensive work together. This option is ideal for those who prefer a faster pace, benefit from maintaining momentum, or need a higher degree of accountability.
Rates
I know that the cost of coaching is an important consideration. I value transparency in all aspects of life - including my rates.
I offer 2 coaching packages rather than one-off sessions because transformational change requires time and commitment.
The total cost for each package is $2,000. To ensure a high level of support between sessions, both packages include asynchronous support via text messages.
Sliding Scale Availability
I reserve a number of sliding scale spots for those who may find my rates a barrier to accessing support. Please reach out if you think you could benefit from my coaching. Don't let cost stand in way!
